**SENIOR Observability Engineer (Frontend Performance and Tracing) \- (Hybrid, CABA)** **About the Role** This position is with a leading systems consulting and integration company based in CABA, specializing in Virtualization, Cloud Computing, and Observability. They help enterprise clients optimize IT efficiency through innovative solutions. In this case, they are seeking individuals to join their Observability Services team. We are looking for a **Web Developer with strong Frontend expertise** to join a challenging mission: optimizing digital experiences and ensuring every millisecond counts. **Help our clients identify all deficiencies before reaching production—thereby avoiding lengthy, well-known daily standups and war rooms.** **What we’re looking for:** * Proficiency in troubleshooting using **DevTools**. * Ability to read and interpret **Web Requests** (headers, timings, traceId/spanId, cookies). * Understanding of a **SOA architecture**, and ability to propose architectural improvements within a web/mobile application context. * Experience handling asynchronous logic (**fetch, XHR, Promises, CORS**) and its relationship with action tracing. * Understanding of the **DOM lifecycle** and browser events. * Optimization of loading and rendering. * Familiarity with **Web Vitals** and **Lighthouse**. * Ability to propose improvements spanning from code-level changes to end-user experience enhancements. * Knowledge of integrating **Dynatrace** (or similar tools) with APIs and microservices. ️ **Your responsibilities will include:** * Administering and implementing monitoring solutions with **Dynatrace**, including RUM (Real User Monitoring) and Synthetics. * Implementing traceability code (**dtrum, beacons, manual tagging, etc.**). * Integrating Dynatrace with APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines. * Defining **dashboards, alerts, and technical and business KPIs**. * Collaborating with developers, QA, and infrastructure teams to optimize end-to-end visibility. * Participating in root cause analysis and generating recommendations for both technical and non-technical teams. **What we offer:** * A committed and technology-passionate team. * A collaborative environment. * **Hybrid** work model.
