It consists of strategically located stores, closed to the public and dedicated exclusively to online sales and delivery.** **Job Description** **We have an opportunity for you — we’re hiring a Shift Supervisor in Río Cuarto.** * Ensure correct store operations (picking process) during your shift, maintaining high Quality standards in alignment with Company Processes and Policies. * Coordinate the team and its tasks, assigning resources according to priorities and maximizing productivity; resolve any conflicts arising during your shift. * Ensure appropriate staffing per day and shift, maintaining constant communication with the Store Manager regarding team performance. * Monitor team performance and support the Store Manager in executing administrative store processes (inventory management / shrinkage control / invoicing / people management / maintenance). * Guarantee that the store complies with regional and local food safety, occupational health, and environmental policies. You are responsible for reporting all deviations from these policies occurring in the store. * Support the Store Manager in monitoring in-store tasks, developing team members professionally, and suggesting improvements to increase productivity. * In the Store Manager’s absence, coordinate work shifts and determine operational mode in the store. * Control and manage organization of the receiving and dispatch area: clear space and prepare necessary equipment. * In the Store Manager’s absence, supervise the entire receiving process and assume responsibility. Report to your leader in case of any conflict with a supplier. * Be responsible for delegating to or performing merchandise receiving — inspecting trucks, SKUs, and quantities. Check product expiration dates and quality upon receipt (product integrity, refrigerated and frozen item temperatures). In the Store Manager’s absence, reject products failing to meet our established standards and procedures. * Be responsible for delegating or performing merchandise intake, restocking shelves and cold equipment, complying with standards for order, safety, quality, and hygiene — serving as a role model for your team. * Ensure proper training of your staff in accordance with company standards and policies (e.g., Onboarding/Offboarding processes), safeguarding operational excellence. * Drive initiatives to improve employee morale and motivation in the store — organizing rituals, communicating updates, and integrating PeYa culture into daily operations. \- Use systems such as Tableau, Ops Portal, Workday, Gmail, Orquest, and Pelican for planning and executing administrative procedures. \- Analyze business metrics to foster operational excellence and store productivity. * Be accountable for inventory integrity and achieving established Accuracy targets. * Plan and coordinate cyclic counts together with the Store Manager. * Conduct or delegate scheduled counts to pickers, adhering to procedures to help maintain accurate inventory levels. **Requirements** **What We Expect From You:** * **Experience in similar roles leading work teams.** * **Proficiency with Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.** * **Action-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability.** * **Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build positive relationships and trust.
