




**Offer Details** ------------------------- The site manager position is essential for the success of future projects in the Málaga area.Site Manager Responsibilities:Technical and economic control: The site manager will be responsible for technically and economically controlling all aspects of the project, ensuring that established objectives are met and resources are managed efficiently.Project optimization: Must identify improvement opportunities and optimize work processes to increase productivity and reduce costs.Certification control: Will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary certifications and permits are in order and comply with applicable regulations.Materials control: Must ensure that appropriate materials are procured and distributed for each project, meeting established quality standards.Work progress control: Will be responsible for supervising work progress and ensuring that deadlines are met.Direct interaction with subcontractors: Must maintain effective relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring agreements are fulfilled and conflicts are managed professionally.Requirements and Qualifications:Required education: Degree in Building Construction or equivalent, advanced knowledge in Civil Engineering, Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Canals and Ports.Experience: At least 5 years in similar positions.Courses: Completion of the basic occupational risk prevention course (60 hours) will be valued.Location: Málaga and surrounding areas.Benefits:A salary based on the candidate's qualifications, negotiable according to profile and experience.
