We are seeking a Software Architect focused primarily on defining, implementing, and overseeing the technical architecture of developed solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and the highest standards of quality, performance, and scalability. Responsibilities - Design and maintain the technical architecture of scalable and secure solutions. - Support multiple development teams and align efforts with the overall technology strategy. - Define and implement technical quality standards, including coding best practices, testing, and documentation. - Supervise and mentor Tech Leads and senior developers. - Propose new technologies, frameworks, and architectural patterns that add value. - Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, Customer Success, and other key departments. - Participate in technical pre-sales activities (RFPs, proposals, demos). Requirements and Conditions - University degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields (postgraduate degree desirable). - More than 8 years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in technical leadership or architecture roles. - Strong knowledge of software design principles, architectural patterns, and agile methodologies. - Experience leading medium to large-scale, multidisciplinary technology projects. - Solid skills in technical documentation, resource estimation, and technical planning. - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams and business areas. - Up-to-date knowledge of programming languages, frameworks, industry trends, and technology platforms. - Experience with cloud environments (preferably Azure), microservices, CI/CD, and distributed architectures. - Full-time availability from Monday to Friday, hybrid work model.
