With offices in Buenos Aires and Córdoba, we serve the local market with our team of over 150 engineers. **Job Description** **Position Objective** Coordinate, manage, and monitor technical tests for components and vehicles, focusing on Handling and Braking, both during Series Production and Project phases. The main objective is to ensure quality, durability, and compliance with technical requirements, influencing decision-making regarding the acceptance or rejection of modifications based on technical analysis and customer/competitor experience. **Responsibilities**/**Main Activities** * Plan testing activities * Prepare and send formal requests to the technical department, providing necessary information for executing tests arising from engineering changes. * Develop, update, and track the test *planning*. * Ensure timely execution and completion of the testing schedule. * Perform daily follow-up of vehicles requested for testing. * Receive and analyze reports issued by the technical department upon test completion. Issue a final assessment and decide whether to accept or reject the proposed change, based on report analysis, customer claims, and competitor data. * Analyze customer claim data and competitor vehicle performance to support decision-making. * Review and analyze customer surveys and complaints to assess the potential impact of vehicle changes and their influence on the final technical report. * Manage interaction, communication, and coordination with other departments for test organization. * Participate in coordination meetings with internal teams and suppliers. * Deliver periodic presentations on project progress, risks, and issues. * Monitor KPIs related to risks and/or problems identified during the process. **Requirements** **Academic Background**: Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. **Language:** Intermediate English **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * Experience in Coordination and Follow-up of Dynamic Testing (specifically Handling, Braking, and Comfort). * Ability to perform Data Analysis (e.g., claims and competitor data). * Project Management: Skills in planning, coordination, deliverable management, and interaction with other departments and suppliers. **Soft Skills:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with other departments. * Ability to interact and manage relationships across different departments. **Additional Information** Availability to work in Córdoba \- Full Time \- On-site
