At **Atos Argentina**, a leading provider of consulting and technology solutions, we are seeking an **Applications Incident Support Specialist** for a major automotive industry company in Córdoba Capital. **The job requirements are as follows:** Analyze and resolve Level 2 Application Support incidents, meeting the timeframes stipulated by the client. Maintain formal and professional communication with users according to support guidelines. **Main responsibilities include:** * Provide support for JAVA, Net, ASP applications on AWS and others. * Handle assigned incidents within the established timeframes. Investigate root cause, assess impact, and determine the best resolution strategy. * Record all activities performed during the incident, including steps taken and solutions implemented. * Keep stakeholders informed about incident progress and any status changes. * Meet the minimum monthly incident resolution requirements. **Required skills for the role:** * Databases: Experience required in creating and understanding SQL queries. SQL – Ssr Level (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL) * Programming Languages: Theoretical and conceptual knowledge required, with experience in one of the following languages: * + Java \- Jr Level + .NET \- Jr Level * Knowledge of at least one Incident Management Tool. * Error log analysis. * Knowledge of AWS, RPA.
