To work in an important multinational chemical company at its plants in: Pilar, Garín. Experience in: \- Supervising the different work areas without neglecting any discipline (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, etc.) \- Recording and documenting personnel and time estimates required to perform tasks. Then closing the day by validating the estimate \- Recording and documenting weekly progress for weekly review during CM alignment meetings \- Supervising all works carried out by contractors on site \- Deciding on necessary corrective actions regarding quality, leaving written records of the solutions implemented \- Ensuring that quality tests are performed during construction \- Issuing FI's (Field Instructions) to document additional work or engineering changes, ensuring they are clear and properly authorized \- Assessing the need to request overtime authorization for task execution \- Supervising on-site the quality of execution of various tasks \- Coordinating access to different construction areas together with production responsible personnel, to facilitate progress and contractor operations \- Preparing handover/reception reports for construction works involving the project contractors Knowledge \- Knowledge of Occupational Safety Standards \- Personnel management and negotiation skills \- Ability to interpret blueprints \- Proficiency in creating spreadsheets using W/Office \- Advanced PC skills: W/Office, AutoCAD 2/3D Education Engineering: Civil, Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Naval, Aeronautical Technical degrees: Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Master Builder, Construction Work location: Pilar, Garín Residence area: Northern/Western Greater Buenos Aires Must have a vehicle Indicate desired GROSS compensation Ref: MULTIDISCIPLINARY CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR Job type: Full-time Workplace: On-site
