This position offers an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong background in **agronomy and technology**, interested in growing within an innovative and dynamic environment. ***Your Role Challenges:*** You will be responsible for providing technical support and executing tasks related to the **agronomic management and phenotyping of experiments** conducted at our experimental station located in **Córdoba**. Your role will be key to ensuring the quality and success of our **experimental trials.** **Site Agronomic Management:** * **Execute agronomic management** of trials according to their specific objectives, applying best practices. * **Actively collaborate** in the planning and coordination of planting and harvesting activities. * Participate in coordinating **ground and drone-based spraying**, helping collect efficiency metrics. * Develop, implement, and document **agronomic management procedures** for the site overall and specific to each trial type. * Maintain **fluid communication with other areas and stations** to ensure proper execution of plans. **Irrigation and Sustainability Management:** * **Coordinate** preventive maintenance of irrigation equipment to ensure proper operation during intensive use periods. * **Generate and record irrigation metrics** to contribute to water use optimization. * Assist in the **implementation** of **nighttime irrigation systems** when necessary. * Collaborate on initiatives to **measure the site's environmental impact**, such as carbon footprint measurement and groundwater monitoring. **Phenotyping Tasks:** * Ensure the correct **execution of the phenotyping plan** in each trial, following established protocols. * **Operate drones for precision phenotyping**, with appropriate training and support. * Be part of the team responsible for experiment generation and mapping within **breeding systems**, serving as the reference for trials planted at the site. * Perform manual phenotyping tasks in soybeans, such as ***punching***, characterization, and ***rouging***. * Collaborate in the **coordination of temporary staff** during peak workload periods. * Assist in calculating necessary supplies for activities (tablets, inoculants, drones, etc.). ***What You’ll Bring:*** * Graduated **Agricultural Engineer.** * **1 to 3 years** of field experience in agricultural research or similar roles is valued. * Residence or willingness to **relocate to Córdoba.** * Valid **driver’s license.** * Strong knowledge in agronomy and crop management. * Interest and willingness to learn about irrigation systems, drone operations, and new technologies. * High organizational skills and focus on operational efficiency, along with good **communication and teamwork abilities.** * Proactivity and ability to **solve practical day-to-day problems.** ***Benefits:*** * Osde 310 * Reimbursement for physical activity * Company vehicle * Welcome kit
