Full-time. * **Industry / Project:** Telecommunications – Digital Marketing Solutions * **Time Zone:** ART (GMT-3). ### **About the Role / About the Role** We are seeking a **Senior Full Stack Developer** to technically lead the development of a new Digital Marketing solution. As this project starts from scratch, the role demands a high degree of autonomy, technical rigor, and the ability to make architectural decisions that directly impact product scalability and the client’s business. ### **Responsibilities / Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable architectures using Node.js and Python. * Model, optimize, and manage relational and non-relational databases using SQL. * Ensure code quality through sound development practices, code reviews, and unit testing. * Collaborate directly with the client’s stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and efficient implementations. * Ensure seamless integration of Front-End components with Back-End logic. * Iterate and propose continuous improvements to the infrastructure and data flow of the Digital Marketing project. ### **Requirements / Requirements** #### **Must-Have** * Proven 5+ years of software development experience, with a strong Full Stack focus. * Solid knowledge and advanced experience in **Node.js** and **JavaScript**. * Strong development experience using **Python**. * Advanced proficiency in **SQL**, including database design and optimization. * Residency in Argentina (candidates based in Córdoba will be prioritized). #### **Nice-to-Have** * Experience or knowledge of **Apache Airflow** (highly valued). * Effective communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to business stakeholders. * Experience working under agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban). * Team-oriented mindset and active collaboration attitude. ##### **What We Offer (Argentina)** * **Argentine Employment Contract** * **Premium health insurance for the entire family.** * **Work equipment (latest-generation laptop).** * **Technical training programs and licenses for learning platforms.** * **Flexible, people-oriented culture, with emphasis on work-life balance.**
