As a trusted partner to 300\+ global enterprises, Cloverly empowers both buyers and suppliers of carbon credits through transparency, integrity, and cutting\-edge technology. **Role Overview** We are looking for a **Senior QA \+ Full Stack Engineer** with strong experience in automated testing and solid development skills in Node.js and React. In this hybrid role, 70% of your work will be dedicated to Quality Assurance and test automation, ensuring the reliability, performance, and integrity of Cloverly’s platform. The remaining 30% will involve contributing to feature development, debugging, and improving our backend and frontend codebases. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about quality, loves building reliable automated test systems, and also enjoys contributing hands\-on to product development. **What You’ll Do** * Lead the design, development, and maintenance of automated test suites across **integration**, **regression**, **smoke**, and **E2E** layers. * Own and expand our **Cypress** E2E testing framework. * Collaborate with engineering to identify defects, reproduce issues, and drive root\-cause analysis. * Monitor and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and continuous quality. * Contribute to the development of new features in **Node.js** and **React**. * Build, maintain, and refactor components, APIs, and services to support platform functionality. * Participate in code reviews and help uphold engineering quality standards. * **Requirements** * **5\+ years** of experience as a QA Engineer, Full Stack Engineer, or hybrid role. * Strong hands\-on experience with test automation, especially **Cypress**. * Experience designing and executing integration, regression, smoke, and E2E tests. * Solid development experience with **Node.js** and **React** (en producción). * Advanced English (written and spoken) — ability to collaborate in global, cross\-functional teams. *What we offer?* * *Referral bonus* * *Tuition Reimbursement* * *English lessons with native teacher* * *Home office \+ optional coworking space* * *2 days off per year* * *3 sabbatical weeks every 3 years in Morean* * *3 weeks vacation* * *Birthday gift* * *Computer, monitor and 400 USD home office budget per year*
