Description

**Company Description** The European Innovation Academy (EIA) empowers universities and students worldwide to bridge the gap between academic theory and real\-world entrepreneurship. Through immersive programs, EIA collaborates with over 100 leading universities, helping students launch startups, gain mentorship from top industry experts, and master critical entrepreneurial skills. With 25,000\+ alumni, EIA has driven startup creation, fostered global networking, and shaped careers in leading tech companies. Rooted in innovation and a hands\-on approach, EIA prepares students and universities for lasting global impact. **Role Description** This is a full\-time remote role for a **Lead Product Manager**, who will own EIA’s core product: its entrepreneurship programs. The role is responsible for shaping, improving, and scaling EIA programs as a coherent product across multiple locations and formats (on\-site, hybrid, online). Responsibilities include defining the program structure and learning experience, managing the product backlog, iterating on curriculum and tools, and working closely with internal teams to ensure consistent, high\-quality delivery. The role is hands\-on and execution\-oriented, with strong ownership over decisions related to what the program is, how it evolves, and how it scales. The Lead Product Manager works directly with the CEO and collaborates closely with curriculum, tools, mentors, sales, and operations to ensure the program meets customer needs (students and university partners) while remaining scalable and repeatable. **Qualifications** * Practical experience in **product management**, preferably in software, digital products, or platforms (startups or scale\-ups, especially if related to EdTech strongly preferred) * Hands\-on experience owning a product or major product area end\-to\-end (discovery, prioritization, iteration, delivery) * Strong understanding of core product practices: backlog management, roadmap definition, iteration cycles, retrospectives, and customer feedback loops * Ability to translate user needs into clear product decisions, structures, and requirements * Strong communication skills and ability to work cross\-functionally with non\-technical teams * High level of ownership, autonomy, and accountability for outcomes * Experience in education, learning platforms, or SaaS products is a plus * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Job Types: Full\-time, Contract Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * Product Management: 3 years (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
