We are **ADT Security Services**, currently looking for a **Monitoring Operator for the night shift (23:00 to 06:00)** in the **Monitoring Management** department for the Subscriber business. You will be responsible for processing assigned monitoring signals, applying specific procedures for each type of event, while maintaining the quality standards required at the monitoring center. Responsibilities * Handle emergency, supervision, and service events by applying specific procedures for each signal type, while providing customer support and courteous treatment, and interacting with public forces or emergency services. You will also be responsible for efficiently managing time to ensure case resolutions are accurate, high-quality, and effective. * Access assigned monitoring signals; process these events by following central procedures; meet the service quality parameters outlined below: \- Call duration \- Procedure quality \- Signal processing time \- Productivity \- Service quality.
