When you apply to TRACK, you enter an accelerated professional development path that offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through complex assignments, tackle cross-functional challenges, receive direct training and coaching from organizational leaders, and achieve high visibility within the business at both local and regional levels. This TRACK assignment is specifically for the **Finance** area in Argentina. The program lasts 3 years and includes annual rotations. Each rotation involves a project of increasing complexity.
