Detect inconsistencies and generate actionable alerts We are looking for a Data & Digital Performance Analyst We want to add a key analytical profile to our Digital Marketing team to enhance our Paid Media campaigns and take results to the next level. What will be your mission? Ensure every campaign decision is backed by reliable data, guaranteeing accurate measurement, performance analysis, and early detection of opportunities and deviations. Key Challenges: Analyze and report campaign performance (Google Ads & Meta Ads) Monitor key metrics (conversions, CPA, spend, among others) Design, maintain, and optimize dashboards (Looker Studio + CRM) Implement and audit tracking (Google Tag Manager) Detect inconsistencies and generate actionable alerts Participate in data integrations and technical projects What are we looking for? +2 years of experience in digital marketing / Paid Media Proficiency in Google Ads, GTM, GA4, and visualization tools Analytical, proactive profile with the ability to communicate insights clearly Ability to transform data into concrete decisions You’ll be an added asset if you also have: Experience with APIs, automations, SQL, or CRM Location: Vicente López, Greater Buenos Aires (hybrid mode) Start date: Immediate (ideally before April 30). -Requirements- Minimum education: Tertiary degree 1 year of experience Keywords: analyst, data, productivity, productivity, yield, performance, online
