You will work a morning intensive schedule, from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m., contributing your expertise in stainless steel and iron welding within a stable environment equipped with appropriate technology and a team that values well-executed work, stability, and the benefit of performing tasks with judgment and precision. \- Perform stainless steel and iron welding operations, ensuring component quality and finish. \- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications to execute tasks accurately. \- Prepare materials, equipment, and tools required for each task. \- Monitor weld integrity, making adjustments and corrections as necessary. \- Collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to deadlines, safety, and industrial quality standards. ### **Requirements** Basic education: Vocational training in metalworking, welding, or related fields enabling autonomous performance in this role. Competencies: Manual dexterity and technical skill, essential to guarantee high-quality, precise welds. Attention to detail and commitment to thorough, well-executed work, ensuring proper finishes and safety. Ability to work effectively in a team, collaborating smoothly within an industrial setting. Responsibility and autonomy, organizing work efficiently and reliably. Experience: Demonstrable experience as a first-class welder in stainless steel and iron, enabling confident and safe performance from day one. Desirable: Availability to complete a prior practical test, allowing you to demonstrate your working method.
