




Job Summary: Technical service professional responsible for the maintenance, repair, and evaluation of complex equipment, with skills in diagnostics, problem solving, and peer training. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance and repair of high-complexity equipment and machinery. 2. Development of procedures and root cause analysis (RCA). 3. Coaching and knowledge transfer to junior technicians and colleagues. Main Responsibilities * Maintain equipment and machinery associated with the service contract in appropriate condition. * Understand the machinery and explain its hydraulic and electrical functionality to service technicians. * Be capable of explaining system functionality and their interactions—hydraulic/mechanical/electrical/automation/pneumatic/materials. * Develop work routine procedures where none exist, in accordance with safety standards (SOPs). * Identify components and explain their specific functionality. * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) to identify problems — 5 Whys. * Provide preventive repairs and cost-efficient (profitable) repairs. * Respond to high-complexity emergencies and unexpected equipment failures (PE). * Supervise maintenance and guide repairs and appropriate replacement of major equipment components such as motors, gearboxes, converters, cylinders, shafts, etc. (PE), (MECHANICAL). * Evaluate, conduct maintenance, and supervise repair and appropriate replacement of high-complexity electrical components such as electrical panels, electrical circuits, etc. (PE), (ELECTRICAL), whenever expertise is required. Planning and Reporting * Manage and maintain tools and machinery required for service tasks, ensuring availability upon request. * Report and document results after maintenance and repairs. * Prepare technical reports on equipment status to schedule future repairs (PE). Customer Support * Provide assistance to customers regarding their product/equipment/processes under the service contract’s scope and suggest possible improvements. * Use specialized knowledge to resolve common issues for our customers. Collaboration with Other Teams and Divisions * Attend local training. * May be nominated for factory training if identified as high potential (HiPo). **English proficiency mandatory.** Supervision / Coaching * Assign simple tasks to junior staff and guide or advise them during execution. * Share/transfer knowledge with colleagues to build knowledge and skills within the technical service area. * Act as support for new service technicians (peer coaching). * Notify the shift supervisor of any deviations that may arise in work roster scheduling. * Ensure compliance with current EHS/360 reporting requirements and corresponding hazard documentation.
