We believe in building innovative, scalable products that have a real impact on users' lives and commercial partners. **Purpose of the role** Lead the conceptualization, definition, and execution of the Super App, ensuring a unique, comprehensive, and scalable experience that connects multiple financial and digital services within a unified ecosystem. This role is key to driving regional innovation and transforming how our customers live their digital lives. **Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end development of the Super App, ensuring timelines, quality, and scope. * Define and prioritize functional and technical requirements together with stakeholders and vendors. * Design flows, user journeys, and wireframes to ensure an intuitive experience. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (development, QA, UX/UI, security, vendors). * Implement dashboards and tracking KPIs. * Analyze global benchmarks and bring best practices into the regional context. **Requirements** * Academic background: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Computer Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Master’s degree in Project Management, Digital Innovation, or related areas is desirable. * Certifications (desirable): Scrum Master, PMP, Product Owner. **Experience:** * 5+ years leading digital projects in fintech, digital banking, or technology. * Proven experience in creating super apps or integrated digital ecosystems. * Experience managing international vendors and multidisciplinary teams. **Technical skills:** * Solid knowledge of UX/UI, APIs, microservices, digital wallets, and payment systems. * Proficiency with tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, Figma, Jira, Trello, Confluence. * Intermediate to advanced English (desirable). **Skills and competencies** * Leadership and influence within internal and external teams. * Executive communication and effective decision-making. * Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset. * Organization and priority management in dynamic environments. **Benefits** * Be part of a disruptive regional project. * Professional growth within a team driving digital innovation. * Flexible work mode (remote/onsite). * Stability and benefits according to local regulations. * Salary negotiable.
