**Job Details** ------------------------- We are looking for a Restaurant Purchasing Manager for Gardiner Restaurant! Location: Costanera Norte, CABA. Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 to 16:30. Main Responsibilities Manage procurement of supplies (food, beverages, materials) for the restaurant.Supervise and coordinate facility maintenance tasks.Negotiate with suppliers, optimize costs and ensure quality.Monitor inventory, prevent losses, and meet delivery deadlines.Collaborate closely with kitchen, administration, and suppliers. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of purchasing experience (preferably in gastronomy/hospitality).Knowledge of facility maintenance (desirable).Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and negotiation ability.Residence in CABA or surrounding areas.
