Operational Venue – Mamba

Operational Venue – Mamba

Some places have something special. This is one of them. Located in the industrial neighborhood zone of Rada Tilly—where Mamba Brewery currently operates—this space stands out for its rustic style, ambiance, and every single corner. Wood, iron, stained-glass windows, objects with history, semi-covered areas, and a spacious park create an atmosphere difficult to find elsewhere. It’s a refuge with its own magic... It has an approximate surface area of 200 m², an indoor hall, bar counter, equipped kitchen, semi-covered patio, and a large outdoor park area. The park also features a climate-controlled dome configured as a studio apartment with bathroom, which can either be integrated into the main activity or used independently. The hall accommodates approximately 50 people across tables and the bar counter. The patio significantly expands this capacity and enables diverse open-air proposals. Given its characteristics, it can serve as: A restaurant, brewery, or bar. A nursery with café. A tea house or brunch space. A gastronomic courtyard. A venue for events and live music. A cultural space or workshop venue. A yoga studio and wellness/health activities center. A shop for decoration, design, or regional products. The property is offered for sale or rent. When rented, it is delivered fully equipped to continue a foodservice operation. The final inventory will be detailed at the time of contract signing. The sale pertains exclusively to the real estate. For those wishing to continue operating Mamba—including its brand and current concept—there is also the option to separately discuss acquiring the business goodwill. A place with magic, personality, and tremendous vibe—one of those that aren’t created overnight. All that remains is imagining what new project could begin here.
