Access Network Manager – Eastern Patagonia

We are seeking professionals capable of operating within a context of digital evolution and innovation—professionals who generate new challenges and develop business opportunities. **Your role will be:** Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of assigned cells to guarantee network availability and quality levels in your assigned area. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Ensuring and certifying implementation of scheduled preventive maintenance plans at sites under your responsibility. * Ensuring execution of corrective maintenance tasks arising at sites under your responsibility, coordinating closely with contractors supporting operations—acting as the liaison, providing guidance, and conducting appropriate follow-up. * Monitoring civil maintenance activities to ensure compliance with the current contract and guaranteeing their quality. * Participating in the acceptance/reception of all work performed by contractor companies at assigned sites. * Collaborating closely with team leaders, providing centralized support and assistance to achieve regional objectives. **What we require from you:** * Advanced students (in final years) or graduates of technical or university programs in Electronics, Electromechanics, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Experience resolving technical issues related to electricity, microwave, fiber optics, RF, etc. * Familiarity with basic telecommunications test equipment. * Excellent proficiency in Office 365 (particularly Microsoft Excel). * **Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.** * Availability for on-call/active standby duties. * **Availability to work weekends and holidays on a rotating basis.** * Simplicity in your thinking and approach. * Service-oriented mindset. * **Residency in Comodoro Rivadavia is required.** **This position is based in ***Comodoro Rivadavia***
