Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the proper maintenance, operation, and cleaning of the complex (28 units). Key duties include comprehensive management of complex maintenance, cleaning of common areas, responding to owner requests, enforcing cohabitation regulations, and other duties associated with this position. Prior experience in similar roles and knowledge of building maintenance (electrical systems, gardening, plumbing) are required.
