Our client, a renowned multinational mass consumer goods company, is looking for a: Compliance Manager (Business Integrity) (GBA North) TEMPORARY FOR ONE YEAR. Committed to a culture of integrity across its global operations, we are seeking a Business Integrity Officer to lead internal investigations with a focus on LATAM, working closely with global multidisciplinary teams. Main responsibilities:\* Lead internal investigations related to issues such as fraud, bribery, conflicts of interest, discrimination, among others. * Develop investigation plans, conduct interviews, analyze documentation, and prepare detailed reports. * Advise and supervise investigations in collaboration with departments such as HR, Finance, and Operations. * Participate in preventive business integrity initiatives (trainings, risk assessments, business advisory). * Present cases before Business Integrity Committees. * University degree (preferably in Law). * At least 5-6 years of experience in compliance-related areas within multinational companies. * Solid knowledge in preparing local and international reporting. * Analytical skills, leadership, discretion, and maturity to handle sensitive matters. * Advanced English (mandatory). This position is a one-year replacement due to a leave of absence. The role operates in a hybrid format, two days per week onsite and three days remote.
