**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. **Main responsibilities include:** Advise and support associates. Manage authorizations for medical services. Record in the system all information obtained from associate interactions. Report complex and/or high-cost cases to the Area Manager.
