Currently, we are seeking a Country Manager to accelerate our business, strengthen our operations, with financial and commercial vision, and above all, a strong commitment to our talent, for our subsidiary in Argentina. Lead strategically and effectively the country's commercial operations, ensuring sustainable revenue and EBITDA growth, focusing on banking and retail sectors. Will be responsible for leading a high-performance team, establishing strong relationships with key clients, and developing and implementing innovative commercial strategies that drive the company's success in the local market. Be a visionary leader, results-oriented, with exceptional management and negotiation skills. Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue and EBITDA growth in the local market. Manage and supervise the delivery team and commercial area to ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction. Build strong relationships with key clients in the banking and retail sectors, identifying business opportunities and promoting customer loyalty. Analyze the market and competition to identify trends and improvement opportunities in solution offerings. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop attractive commercial proposals and close strategic deals. Present periodic reports on business performance, financial results, and growth projections. Represent the company at events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence in the market. Proven experience in leadership roles within commercial areas, preferably in consulting or technology solution sales. Solid knowledge in delivery and commercial management, with demonstrated abilities to drive revenue and EBITDA growth. Office presence required 4 times per week for effective communication with team and clients. Specific focus and experience in banking and retail sectors. Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken, to interact with international clients and colleagues. Strong negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a dynamic and results-driven environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
