As a Sales Executive, your mission will be to acquire new associates by marketing our medical coverage plans and ensuring a close, professional, and effective advisory experience. Key Responsibilities Active in-person and/or digital prospecting of new individual and corporate clients, managing the full sales cycle: segment-based quoting, closing, and documentation for enrollment. Receiving and managing leads from various channels, ensuring timely, closure-oriented responses. Recording and tracking commercial activities in CRM, guaranteeing traceability and efficiency in every interaction. Analyzing competitors and reporting on market actions, providing key insights to improve commercial strategies and enhance team performance.
