Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Maintenance team, responsible for controlling and managing materials, supplies, and spare parts, optimizing inventory levels and coordinating availability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain and control the entry and exit of materials and spare parts. 2. Coordinate spare parts availability for maintenance activities. 3. Optimize the valuation of the spare parts warehouse and ensure critical stock levels. Main responsibilities will include: - Be responsible for maintaining and controlling the entry and exit of materials, supplies, and spare parts in the warehouse; track their lead times. - Verify coding of spare parts, materials, and supplies. - Coordinate availability of spare parts or materials for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. - Train department personnel; implement improvements in spare parts management. - Optimize the valuation of the spare parts warehouse while ensuring critical spare parts stock for all assets. - Establish routines for updating codes based on asset additions/deletions and obsolescence. - Manage procurement of spare parts, consumables, and maintenance services; interact with the Procurement Department. Requirements: - Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications: Mechanical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, Electronics Technician / Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. - Availability to work flexible hours. - Intermediate technical English proficiency. - Minimum 3 years’ experience in spare parts warehouses, including use of inventory management software and internal purchase order management. - Knowledge of quality standards (GMP).
