Excellent work environment and constant challenges We are looking for a Personnel Administration Analyst at Central de Sabores! · Are you an organized, detail-oriented person passionate about the Human Resources field? At Central de Sabores, we are professionalizing our Human Capital team and seeking an ADP Analyst for our plant in Villa de Mayo. Your role will be fundamental in ensuring administrative order and accuracy in managing our people. What will your challenges be? Document Management: Employee onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and comprehensive file maintenance. Payroll Processing: Entering updates (overtime, leaves, absences) and reviewing in-house payroll pre-calculations. Absence Control: Daily tracking and management of medical certificates and ART documentation. Employee Support: Responding to inquiries regarding pay slips, collective agreements, and benefits. Uniform and PPE Management: Ensuring timely delivery and maintaining stock levels for the operations team. What are we looking for? Education: Students or graduates of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2 years in similar personnel administration roles (Mandatory). Knowledge: Solid expertise in payroll processing and current labor legislation. Tools: Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate/Advanced Excel).
