Job Description: At Megatech, a company specializing in professional IT services, we are looking for a **Microcomputer Technician** to work at one of our leading clients in the banking industry. **What challenges await you?** * Hardware diagnosis and repair for notebooks and desktop PCs. * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Windows operating systems. * Configuration of email accounts and user assistance. * Incident management and tracking via ticketing systems. * Installation and configuration of local and network printers. * Verification and diagnosis of network issues (connectivity, cabling, Wi\-Fi). * Basic knowledge of Active Directory (user creation/deletion, password resets, group membership). * User support for Microsoft Office. * Support for collaborative applications: Microsoft Teams and OneDrive. * End-user support, including, on certain occasions, senior management (executive leadership and presidency), and support during special audits. * Maintain a professional appearance, courteous demeanor, and clear communication appropriate to a corporate environment. **Requirements:** * Technical education in systems, computer science, or related fields (in progress or completed). * Proactive profile with willingness to learn and service orientation. * Ability to interact effectively with users of varying technical proficiency. * Responsibility, organization, and strong time-management skills. **Work Mode: On-site** **Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:45 AM to 3:45 PM** **Work Location: Microcentro** We Offer: * A positive work environment * Professional development within a prominent company * Excellent employment terms Interested candidates who meet the above requirements should send us their CV indicating their desired gross salary.
