Operational Excellence Leader / TPM / HMEX Leader At Essity, we are looking to hire an Operational Excellence Leader / TPM / HMEX Leader to work within the Manufacturing Management team, with a degree in Industrial, Electronic, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering, among others, and experience in mass consumer goods production companies (TPM: Total Productive Maintenance / Operational Excellence). This role will be responsible for promoting and coordinating the implementation of TPM and HMEx tools, developing team capabilities according to site priorities. We are seeking a candidate who will perform the following key responsibilities: * Enable the implementation of TPM and Operational Excellence tools in operations and ensure system health. * Support the execution strategy for training programs (materials, planning, facilitators) to develop technical and methodological capabilities within operations. * Develop and implement standards, best practices, and training materials for effective TPM and related skill improvement programs. * Facilitate the creation of internal expert networks and connections with other plants regarding critical site capabilities. Requirements: * Minimum required experience: Between 3 and 5 years (verifiable) in similar roles (mandatory). * Knowledge in: (mandatory) + Office software tools. + Management systems. + TPM knowledge. + Technical knowledge (planning, plant balancing, methods and time studies). + Manufacturing management and continuous improvement methodologies (Kaizen, TPM, 5'S, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma). + Industrial safety. + KPI management and project evaluation. + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. + Intermediate English proficiency.
