The successful candidate will assist higher-qualified peers in workshop or field tasks; acquire knowledge of Caterpillar, similar, or other machinery represented by Finning to perform more complex tasks in the future; and participate in removal and installation of major components under direct and/or indirect supervision depending on the complexity of the assigned task in workshop/field. Key Responsibilities: * Cleaning parts and components; * Maintaining clean and orderly work areas; * Collaborating with more experienced employees; * Ordering spare parts; * Analyzing written materials such as service manuals, parts manuals, and mechanical and maintenance forms; * Performing preventive maintenance on equipment and taking oil samples from components (APD); * Removing and installing external components such as hoods, guards, counterweights, plates, etc.; * Assisting in removal and installation of major components such as hydraulic valves, engines, transmissions, torque converters, drive axles, suspensions, etc.; * Executing activities in accordance with SHEQ management instructions and actively participating in SHEQ-specific actions applicable to their area. Experience and Knowledge: * Professional technician graduated from an Institute or University, specializing in automotive mechanics, electronics, or electricity. * Demonstrated technical knowledge. Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Team-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and collaborative attitude toward peers. * Commitment to and respect for safety regulations and environmental protection. * Availability to work full-time Monday through Friday. * Residence in San Juan Province.
