We seek professionals capable of operating in a context of digital evolution and innovation, generating new challenges and developing business opportunities. **Your role will be:** To manage and coordinate development projects, identifying risks, analyzing impacts, and collaborating with the full-stack development team on solution design. **Your main challenges will be:** * Manage **projects and ceremonies** to ensure delivery of Ecommerce / Claro Store projects. * Support Product Owners in the **definition and documentation** of business use cases and backlog prioritization. * Design and document processes, **architectures and solutions**, using advanced diagramming and modeling tools, as well as integrated documentation tools. * **Assist** in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases, ensuring deliverables meet expected value. * Diagram **production environment monitoring**. Transfer knowledge for support. * Support the team in **deployment processes** and configuration management. * **Innovate**, propose initiatives, apply AI. **What we need from you:** * Prior experience in similar positions. * Knowledge of Oracle (databases and PL/SQL), Postman, OpenShift. * Understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectures. * Experience with documentation tools (Confluence, Jira, UML, etc.). * Analytical capability and handling of digital metrics. KPI definition. Google Analytics. * Ability to support deployment processes.
