Main Responsibilities: Comprehensive collections management. Customer contact for debt resolution. Analysis of each individual situation and proposal of solutions. Negotiation of payment agreements. Follow-up on commitments made. Recording and updating of actions taken. Candidate Profile: Excellent communication skills. Negotiation ability. Problem-solving orientation and results-driven mindset.
