Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring technical building infrastructure, designing and executing network improvement and expansion projects. Key Highlights: 1. Maintenance of technical specifications and supplier development Main Objective Ensure the technical building infrastructure of the network. Analyze, design, and execute improvement and expansion projects for the building infrastructure of technical buildings’ rooms and facilities, as well as support network expansion projects. Key Responsibilities Analyze electromechanical infrastructure requirements based on future network engineering projects. Develop a culture of energy saving and sustainability. Design and formulate technical specifications for facilities/buildings at the building infrastructure level (considering Space, Power, Cooling, and Cabling). Generate tender documents, policies, and procedures related to project tenders, construction works, and material qualification. Provide support for project execution supervision and manage supplier relationships according to: Budget (Capex) Process (Sytex) Time (Schedule/Forecast adherence) Quality Information (documentary record) Certification (BPM) Reporting (seed for Power BI) Materials (orders and downloads – SAP) Qualify and develop suppliers required for projects. Maintain up-to-date technical specifications (design/materials/equipment). Support qualification of new materials/solutions. Track project change control, deviations, and risks. Establish and maintain the Infrastructure Database (CeraOptimizer). Support Corporate O&M and the DT Efficiency Committee. Position Profile: Education Completed or advanced studies in Electronic or Electrical Engineering. Position Profile: Experience Experience in supervision and/or execution of Telecommunications and Data Center construction projects. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and PMI.
