**Position Details** ------------------------- Job DescriptionWe are seeking personnel with experience in tractor operation, preferably in feedlot or dairy farm activities.The candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining assigned tractors in optimal condition, as well as performing the main tasks including:Distributing feed rations to animals using a vertical mixer and moving feeders when necessary.Transporting corn, loading and unloading using hydraulic and mechanical front-end loaders.Additionally, the candidate will assist in other field-related tasks in coordination with the work team, such as:Covering wells, removing corner posts, dragging harrows, and occasionally assisting with cattle handling in the chute alongside supervisors.Requirements and Skills:Experience in tractor operation and basic maintenance.Technical knowledge and practical skills in tractor operation related to feed distribution in feedlot and dairy farm settings, demonstrating skill and professionalism.Interest in fieldwork, commitment to environmental care, and ability to work as part of a team.Availability to reside on-site without family (mandatory requirement).Working hours are from 7:00 to 19:00, with a break from 11:00 to 14:00.BenefitsExcellent working conditions.Food and housing provided by the farm.One-and-a-half day off per week, with the possibility to accumulate days off to take three consecutive days every two weeks. \#J\-18808\-Ljbffr **Base Salary****:** Negotiable **Source****:** Whatjobs\_Ppc
