Job Summary: We are seeking Junior Buyers to develop brands, negotiate with suppliers, and incorporate products, managing the procurement process to offer the best product assortment and develop categories. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and analyze new brands. 2. Negotiate with suppliers and incorporate products. 3. Develop categories seeking profitability and differentiation. We are currently looking for Junior Buyers to join our Supermarkets Commercial Team. Junior Buyer – Beverages Junior Buyer – Groceries Junior Buyer – Imported Products What are the main challenges? Analyze and develop new brands. Negotiate with suppliers. Incorporate products. Develop categories seeking market share, profitability, and differentiation. Manage the end-to-end procurement process to offer our customers the best product assortment. What are the requirements? We are targeting advanced students or graduates in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or Commercialization. 1 year of experience in similar positions. Where is it located? On-site, 4 days per week in Martínez, Zona Norte \+ 1 remote work day. Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday.
