This person will be pivotal in generating actionable insights that guide the design and development of our digital products. If you’re passionate about understanding how people interact with products and enjoy translating complex data into strategic decisions, this opportunity is for you. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, plan, and execute end-to-end research using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies. * Explore our users’ habits, motivations, and preferences, and understand their needs, pain points in the experience, and mental models. * Identify behavioral patterns based on users’ interactions with our digital products. * Critically analyze data, considering both user needs and business problem resolution. * Systematize useful findings and conclusions into clear, structured reports focused on generating strategic impact and supporting decision-making. * Communicate results clearly and effectively to diverse audiences—both technical and non-technical. * Participate simultaneously in multiple research initiatives, adapting to the pace and needs of each team and project. ### **What We’re Looking For:** * Prior experience in exploratory and/or generative qualitative research. * Knowledge of and ability to implement quantitative research methodologies. * Advanced Portuguese is mandatory.
