Practical knowledge of the various Human Talent subsystems (to be verified through exercises). Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Manager/Analyst and OD specialist. Courses or certifications in HR and team management. · What challenges will you face?: Establishing and building the Human Resources department. Developing new policies and practices with acceptance and alignment. Implementing modern performance evaluation processes. Designing and implementing Human Talent metrics and reports. Initiating projects and driving organizational culture. What do we expect from you?: Personnel assessed with performance levels aligned to internal policies. Ongoing analysis and reporting of organizational indicators and statistics. Timely coverage of vacancies with suitable personnel, ensuring efficient recruitment and selection processes. Accurately developed, updated, and implemented job descriptions and internal policies. Executed improvement plans and Organizational Development actions focused on strengthening internal structure.
