Position Summary: We are seeking a Systems Development Manager to lead a team, manage development projects and processes, and ensure the production deployment of mobile solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Lead the software development team and manage end-to-end projects. 2. Establish and standardize team work methodologies. 3. Manage relationships with internal users and technology vendors. A diversified service company undergoing growth and transformation is hiring a Systems Development Manager to lead the development team and actively support the maturation and production deployment of ongoing projects. The role oversees a team of developers working on in-house company projects, focused on mobile applications used by field operations staff. Key responsibilities include: Leading the software development team, managing day-to-day team operations, removing blockers, and ensuring projects progress and are deployed to production on time and as planned. Planning and managing the development roadmap: project prioritization, resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk management. Establishing and standardizing team work methodologies (version control, code review, testing, documentation, and production deployment). Managing relationships with internal users and operational departments: requirements gathering, scope definition, solution validation, and post-implementation follow-up. Managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers as required. Requirements: University degree: Bachelor's or Engineering in Information Systems or related fields. Proven experience leading software development teams, with active participation in projects delivered to production. Candidates demonstrating concrete results in team leadership and effective solution implementation will be especially valued. Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years in team leadership positions. Knowledge of programming languages and application development. Experience in mobile development (Android/iOS) and field application architectures. Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, with strong skills in prioritization and decision-making under constrained resource conditions. Leadership, teamwork, flexibility, and internal customer orientation are highly desirable.
