Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our HR team, managing the full payroll processing cycle and supporting accounting closings. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into the Human Resources team A transportation company is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join its Human Resources team at its base located in Dock Sud. Main Responsibilities: Manage the complete payroll processing cycle Receive, verify, and input monthly updates (hours worked, overtime, absences, allowances, etc.) Process payroll in the system and monitor fixed and variable payroll components Generate pay slips and payroll reports Prepare information for social security contributions (Form F.931, unions, etc.) Coordinate with external accounting/labor advisory firms Ensure data consistency and identify discrepancies Support monthly accruals and accounting closings Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and current labor regulations Experience with payroll systems (Tango, National System, or others) Intermediate/advanced Excel skills Education in HR, Administration, Accounting, or related fields We seek candidates with: High attention to detail Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Proficiency in handling confidential information Analytical capability Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement Offered: Permanent position Opportunity for professional development Work location: Dock Sud.
