Main Responsibilities: Responsibilities Active monitoring of CCTV systems in operational areas, access points, and perimeters. Control of vehicle and pedestrian access (credentials, PPE, and documentation). Detection and management of incidents, intrusions, and irregularities. Surveillance of logistics sectors: yards, docks, and warehouses. Vehicle traffic control and compliance with safety regulations. Emergency response support and coordination with field guards. Event logging and preparation of operational reports. Verification of proper functioning of monitoring systems. Requirements Monitoring experience (mandatory). Knowledge of security and operational protocols. Basic security course and PBIP certification. Residence in Zárate. Availability for rotating shifts. Basic computer skills. Strong attention to detail, observational skills, and teamwork ability. Good communication skills and teamwork ability. Preferred: Experience in port, logistics, or industrial environments.
