Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to efficiently manage logistics operations, materials, stock, and equipment at a wind energy company. Key Highlights: 1. For a major company dedicated to manufacturing wind turbine towers, flanges, and critical components in the wind energy sector, we are currently looking for a Logistics Supervisor. Position Mission: You will be responsible for ensuring that all logistics operations are executed efficiently, meeting established deadlines and guaranteeing proper management of materials, stock, and work equipment. · Key Responsibilities: Control of material receipt according to purchase orders, packing lists, and received materials. Management of General Warehouse, Internal Warehouse, and External Logistics. Toolroom Management: stock control and documentation. Meeting delivery deadlines to Production. Management of requests for additional materials. Filing and control of delivery notes and material requisitions. Stock level management and direct communication with the Analyst. Workforce management: overtime and vacation scheduling. NCR (Non-Conformance Report) management: communication with SQA and Procurement regarding damaged or defective materials. Application of FIFO for materials with expiration dates. Active participation in general inventories, cycle counts, and area audits. Organization of the area following 5S guidelines. Use and management of SAP system. · Requirements: Proven experience in General Logistics. SAP proficiency. Experience in inventories, cycle counts, and stock control. Leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills. Proactive profile with a results-oriented focus.
