Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Construction Site Manager to oversee the execution of a residential building, with capabilities in planning, teamwork, and monitoring construction progress and quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the execution of a major residential building. 2. Comprehensive construction management: planning, quality, and coordination. 3. Teamwork and proactivity. We are currently seeking a Construction Site Manager for the execution of a major residential building in Pilar. We seek proactive, flexible, self-sufficient, and responsible candidates with strong planning skills and TEAMWORK ability. Key Responsibilities: Monitor construction progress and quality according to specifications. Define and optimize methods of execution for works or services, whether material or human. Establish and maintain up-to-date construction schedules and their corresponding work plans. Prepare construction progress reports and other reports as requested by the Construction Coordinator. Coordination tasks with the Construction Management team and involved trade unions. Interaction with contractors, property owners, and relevant authorities. Preparation of construction certificates and progress reports. Identify potential issues and propose corrective solutions. Organize procurement of materials and machinery. General administrative tasks. Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in construction site management. Proficiency in computer tools: AutoCAD, Office, and Project. University degree in Architecture or Engineering. Personal transportation. Work location: Pilar (Construction Site). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 (subject to construction progress requirements)
