Job Challenge: Your mission will be to provide comprehensive support to the management area, ensuring the correct implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the system under applicable ISO standards (primarily ISO 9001, while also supporting ISO 27001, 28000, 22301, and 14001). As a strategic liaison, you will actively collaborate with all departments to ensure that defined processes are not only complied with, but also deliver real and tangible business value. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS · Maintain and update documentation of the Management System (procedures, work instructions, records). · Coordinate the implementation and/or recertification of ISO standards within the company. · Track non-conformities, corrective actions, and opportunities for improvement. · Monitor compliance with procedures and records across various departments. · Actively participate in internal and external audits (preparation of evidence and accompaniment). · Manage quality indicators, objectives, and reports. · Ensure information traceability within internal tools (ticketing systems or other platforms). · Contribute to continuous process improvement, adapting regulatory requirements to operational reality. · Collaborate with technical (IT, Infrastructure, Development) and administrative departments to align regulatory requirements with operational reality. · Report progress, deviations, and risks to the Management System Responsible. · Other administrative tasks within the department. JOB REQUIREMENTS Mandatory Requirements · Academic background: Completed secondary education. University degrees in Engineering (Computer or Industrial), or Bachelor’s or Technical degrees in Quality are preferred. · Minimum required experience: 2 years in similar quality management roles. · Specific technical knowledge: Demonstrable training in ISO standards (9001, 27001, 28000, 14001, 22301); process management and indicator handling. · Computer tools: Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and quality management systems. Non-mandatory (Desirable) Requirements · In-depth knowledge of Information Security Management Systems (ISO 27001). · Experience in software project management. · Knowledge of programming languages and SQL. 5. SOFT SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES · Organization: Ability to manage multiple processes and technical documentation. · Effective communication: Skill to interact with operational teams and senior management. · Proactivity and autonomy: Capacity to resolve issues with minimal supervision. · Results orientation: Focus on meeting certification standards. · Confidentiality and professional ethics: Sensitive handling of audit-related information. 6.
