PedidosYa Market is the first 100% digital marketplace delivering groceries and household items starting 10 minutes after order placement, with user experience at the core of business success. It operates a network of strategically located stores, closed to the public and dedicated exclusively to online sales and delivery. We have an opportunity for you—we are seeking Pickers in City Bell. What challenges await you? Perform picking (order assembly) and packing of orders, ensuring the expected service level (timely and accurate order fulfillment, aligned with correct packing procedures and without modifying orders). Receive and stock merchandise, complying with the company’s safety, hygiene, and organization standards. Register all transactions accurately and promptly in the inventory system. Ensure and verify that merchandise matches purchase orders. Ensure and monitor expiration dates and quality of received merchandise (cold chain integrity, damage, etc.). Stock and label products on racks in an orderly manner. Suggest improvements to merchandise arrangement to enhance picking productivity. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Identify and communicate potential opportunities to reduce costs and keep them below target. Perform daily tasks with limited supervision. Develop and maintain knowledge of the product portfolio offered and demand patterns for each item. Participate in inventory control processes. Participate in order payment and handover to riders.
