Active participation in building a business from the ground up Senior Credit Analyst: We are looking for a Senior Credit Analyst to join a new business development project related to granting credits through cooperatives and mutual associations. The position will play a key role in building and launching the business from scratch, supporting product structuring, operational processes, and risk analysis. Key Responsibilities: Develop and structure credit products for public sector employees (BAPRO). Conduct credit risk analysis and application assessments. Operate and manage processes related to the Banco Provincia system. Collaborate in defining operational processes and identifying improvements. Provide operational support to affiliated cooperatives (Cristal, Multiplicar, Reggio di Calabria, Pedro Benoit). Mandatory Requirements: To apply, candidates must have: Proven operational experience in cooperatives and mutual associations. Knowledge of the BAPRO system and credit products for public sector employees (Police, Teachers, State Personnel). Intermediate Excel skills (report management). Analytical profile with experience in credit risk assessment. Academic background in Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields. What Are We Looking For?
