




Job Summary: We are seeking an innovation-driven professional to support our conversational transformation journey by designing and developing chatbots and leading our AI Center of Excellence. We seek an innovation-driven professional to support our company’s conversational transformation. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying conversational chatbots while ensuring their usage and adoption. Moreover, you will assume a strategic role as the primary point of contact and technical reference for our new AI Center of Excellence (CoE), where you will define standards, best practices, and guide AI adoption across the entire organization. Key Responsibilities: Conversational AI Development: Design & Development: Build, train, and optimize virtual agents and chatbots using Large Language Models (LLMs) and architectures such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation). Technical Implementation: Integrate AI solutions with internal systems, databases, and third-party APIs to enable automated workflows. Optimization: Continuously improve bot accuracy and fluency through interaction analysis, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning. Center of Excellence (CoE) Reference: Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison between business units and the technical team to identify AI implementation opportunities. Governance & Standards: Establish development guidelines, data security protocols, and ethical AI usage policies within the company. Evangelization: Train other teams and foster an innovation culture by sharing success stories and emerging market trends. Requirements: Technical Requirements (Hard Skills) Programming: Advanced proficiency in Python (mandatory) and experience with frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex. AI Models: Experience working with APIs from Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source models (e.g., Llama, Mistral). Natural Language Processing (NLP): Strong knowledge of embeddings, vector databases, and dialogue management. Soft Skills Project Leadership & Communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences (stakeholders). Strategic Thinking: Vision to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable technological solutions.
