Summary: The Legal & Compliance Trainee supports contract management, coordinates with external counsel, organizes corporate documentation, and contributes to process standardization and legal tool implementation. Assist with corporate records and governance documentation **Your Tasks** -------------- * Support contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing standard agreements * Coordinate with external law firms and public notaries on administrative and low\-risk legal matters. * Maintain corporate records and assist with governance documentation (board/shareholder materials). * Support the implementation and maintenance of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. * Conduct basic legal research on regulatory, corporate, and compliance topics. * Assist in tracking deadlines, managing legal documentation, and supporting audit\-related activities. * Provide coordination and administrative support for regional legal and compliance initiatives. **Your Profile** ---------------- * Law student (preferably in early/mid stage of the degree). * Advanced English (written and spoken). * Intermediate Excel skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment. The role also contributes to process standardization, implementation of legal tools, and alignment with global policies, working closely with regional stakeholders and headquarters.
