Candidate Profile We seek a Lathe Operator with experience in the metallurgical sector, responsible, committed, and capable of working with precision while meeting established quality standards. Teamwork skills, organizational ability, and commitment oriented toward production objectives will be especially valued. Main Responsibilities: Operate conventional and/or CNC lathes. Interpret technical drawings. Machine metal parts according to specifications. Control dimensions and quality of produced parts. Knowledge of machine calibration according to required part specifications. Meet urgent orders while maintaining precision and quality. Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation. Comply with industrial safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements: Minimum verifiable experience of 3 years as a Lathe Operator. Solid knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings. Proficiency with measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, comparators, etc.). Knowledge of metallic materials (steel, aluminum, etc.). Completed secondary education, preferably technical.
