If you identify with this profile, these are the challenges awaiting you: - Ensure a 360-degree customer experience across digital environments (website + app) - Collaborate closely with design and development teams to optimize time and resources - Continuously analyze the company’s full set of digital assets to identify improvement opportunities - Conduct competitor research to stay current with industry trends - Maintain a permanent mobile-first perspective - Perform comparative benchmarking when launching new projects - Collaborate in data-driven decision-making by formulating the right questions and interpreting obtained data - Develop complex interaction flows - Conduct real-user testing—defining protocols, use cases, and analyzing objective results - Design and execute A/B tests, understanding the metrics targeted for impact Requirements: For this role, we require that you: - Have solid experience designing user experiences for both web and native apps.
