




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst proficient in BEJERMAN SUELDOS software to manage payroll processing and tax obligations, with potential for transition to a full-time role. Key Requirements: 1. Proven experience in payroll processing using BEJERMAN SUELDOS software 2. Management of tax, labor, and accounting obligations 3. Ability to interact with clients and commitment to continuous improvement We are looking for a Payroll Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis. There is potential to transition into a full-time position in the short term if the candidate’s profile aligns with executing additional tasks related to tax and accounting matters. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll and daily wage processing using BEJERMAN SUELDOS software and will be capable of working independently while meeting established deadlines. Responsibilities: + Process payroll and daily wages for clients in accordance with current regulations (non-collective agreement, Commercial Collective Agreement, UECARA, UOCRA, etc.) + Ensure compliance with tax and labor obligations + Generate payments for social security contributions, union dues, and health insurance plans + Submit the digital payroll book and generate required files for the statutory payroll book, as applicable + Prepare and record accounting entries The candidate must be able to define the client interaction process to timely receive and process updates, ensuring accurate calculation of remunerations and social security contributions.
